    Consistently excellent food and service here. Interesting fusion dishes and specials like my curry halibut today, served with very fresh salad on the side.
    This is my sixth time here and I'm never disappointed.

    A friend of mine, a local Vernon resident, raved about this restaurant when she convinced us to come to Vernon so our first stop for lunch was Bamboo Beach Fusion.

    I ordered the Tuna Burger with half fries and half salad. It was SO good - really a sophisticated fusion of flavours. The wasabi sauce on the burger was a little strong but the tuna and avocado blend was so good. I got the mango vinaigrette dressing for my salad which was so fresh and a perfect pairing with the wasabi sauce on the burger. The fries were hot and crispy.

    The strong wasabi sauce aside, this was a wonderful lunch spot!

    What a pleasant surprise. Im from vancouver snd the quality and flavor was equal to five star dining in vancouver.The food and service were excellent. Drink selection was plentiful and I got an added surprise of muddled cucumber in my gin twist. I got the halibut special which had an incredible blend of flavors. My husband had the tuna steak which was perfectly seared. The chef even came out to thank us for coming. Way to go bamboo beach fusion.

    This place is an ok option for Vernon. The menu itself doesn't really appeal to me, it's a combo of curry/Asian.
    Everyone that lives here seems to love this restaurant but I don't think it's worth the hype. If a group of friends wants to go I will but it's not someplace I would pick myself.
    The owners are lovely and the restaurant is quite clean. Service is always good.

    Great fusion place. We got the pork ribs and the black cod and they were very delicious. The sauce for the black cod was excellent. It went so well with the cod and made the fish even more tasty. The server was very genuinely welcoming. She took care of us very well. Highly recommended. Glad we found this restaurant in Vernon.
